The SkillsUSA Championships are competitive events showcasing the best Career and Technical Education students in the Nation. Contests begin locally and continue through the State and National levels serving more than 393,000 high school, college, and middle school students and professional members started in 1965.
2023 - For the 9th year in a row, KBEV Broadcast News Teams swept: GOLD and SILVER place at the Los Angeles Regionals Competition, sending three teams forward to compete at State. Also, for the tenth year in a row, KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams take GOLD medal, sending two teams to the State competition.
KBEV's Advanced TV Production students bring home the GOLD from the State competition, and will represent the State of California in the Broadcast News Production in Kentucky.
2023 - For the 8th year in a row, KBEV Broadcast News Teams swept: GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE medal at the Los Angeles Regionals Competition, sending teams forward to compete at State. Also, for the ninth year in a row, KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams takes GOLD and SILVER, sending the team to the State competition.
2022 - For the 7th year in a row, KBEV Broadcast News Teams swept: SILVER medal at the Los Angeles Regionals Competition, sending teams forward to compete at State. Also, for the eighth year in a row, KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams takes GOLD sending the team to the State competition.
KBEV's Advanced TV Production students bring home the GOLD from the State competition, and will represent the State of California in the Broadcast News Production in Kentucky.

Also, for the seventh year in a row, KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams take GOLD and SILVER, sending two teams to the State competition.
KBEV's Advanced TV Production students bring home the GOLD in Broadcast News Production and Audio/Radio Production from the State competition, and will represent the State of California at National Competition in Kentucky.

Also, for the sixth year in a row KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams takes GOLD and SILVER, sending two teams to the State competition.

2018 - For the 3rd year in a row, KBEV Broadcast News Teams swept: GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE place at the Los Angeles Regionals Competition, sending teams forward to compete at State. Also, for the fourth year in a row, KBEV's Audio/Radio Teams takes Gold and SILVER, sending two teams to the State competition.
2017 - For the 2nd year in a row, KBEV brings home the GOLD, SILVER, and BRONZE Awards for Broadcast Production and GOLD and SILVER for Radio for Beverly Hills High School. Beverly Hills will now move to the State Competition.
The KBEV Broadcast News Team brings home the GOLD for Beverly Hills High School. As #1 in the State earns the team a spot in Nationals, Beverly Hills High will represent the state as the best in California. In addition, Beverly Hills Audio/Radio Team took GOLD for the third year in a row and will also represent the State in the Audio/Radio Nationals in Kentucky.
2016 - KBEV's Advanced TV Production students bring home the BRONZE for Beverly Hills High School. In addition, KBEV's Audio/Radio Team took GOLD for the first time in school history and will also represent the State in the Audio/Radio Nationals in Kentucky.
